Come ride a mustang!

Of course not all of our horses are mustangs, but many of them are since we are advocates of the BLM’s Wild Horse Program. We have horses for all different levels of experience so we can find a suitable horse for just about any rider. If you’re not sure you want to ride, then just hang out for a while and build some confidence watching others. Enjoy a picnic under Rosa’s Cantina and watch the horse rides in the arena.

Horse Riding Hours:

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, there is a wrangler here pretty much every day. The best times to ride are between 10:00am – 5:30pm. Winter riding is by appointment only. If you are planning a riding lesson or large group, it would be a good idea to call ahead to make certain that everything is in order when you arrive.

Horse Riding Fees:

• $12.00  – For about a fifteen minute ride (This ride is perfect for small children letting them experience the fun of horse riding without them getting too tired. And it is plenty long enough to get several good pictures.)
• $24.00  – For half an hour
• $48.00  – For one hour
